Just a reliable pick for a quick trip in Sandbach with good value for price. The staff were very nice and apologetic about the stair issue when I raised my concerns. Watch out for the steep stairs if you have mobility issues.

Spacious comfortable room

A lovely and friendly welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay, with spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated surroundings. The room had a huge en-suite featuring a shower and bath, complemented by a large TV and a coffee machine. Dinner was a delight with an impressive menu, including regional bread, although a fresh fruit salad would have been a welcome addition. The breakfast was tasty but took 35 minutes to arrive, slightly slowing the morning routine.

the wheatsheaf hotel is super cozy and right in the middle of sandbach. the room was just lovely and really comfy. breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. the staff were all really friendly and helpful, made our stay better. great location with plenty of stuff to do nearby!

only downside was the parking was kinda tricky and the bathroom could've been warmer.

Security is a major concern. a drunken individual attempted to enter our room late at night, and while we reported it, there was no follow-up from the management, which felt alarming. clunky checkout without Apple Pay really added to the frustrations.
